You have a full 14 days from the day your order arrives to decide whether it’s right for you. Whether it doesn’t match your space, wasn’t quite what you expected, or you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re ready to help.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

To qualify for a return, your item should be unused, in original condition, and free from damage. All packaging, tags, and protective elements must be returned as well. Including your invoice or order confirmation helps us process things faster.

Shopping with peace of mind is important to us, so as long as the return conditions are met, we’ll gladly accept the item even if it was purchased at a discount.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, you’ll receive your refund within 10 business days. The reimbursement will go back to your original payment method, though timing may vary slightly depending on your provider.
